Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases of audio-engineering services from MikumMasters. By purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

MikumMasters provides audio-engineering services such as stereo mastering, vocal mixing and mastering, and full-stem mixing. The scope and price shown for the service at checkout apply to that order.

Client Materials & Rights

You represent that you have the rights or permissions necessary to provide the audio and other materials submitted for your project. You retain your ownership rights in your submitted materials and finished recording. Purchasing engineering services does not transfer ownership of your music to MikumMasters.

Project Requirements

You are responsible for providing usable, accurately labeled files and any necessary project instructions. Missing, corrupted, incorrectly exported, or substantially changed files may delay delivery or require a revised quote.

Turnaround

Any turnaround time displayed for a service is measured from the point at which payment and all required project materials have been received, unless otherwise stated. Timing may be adjusted when additional information, corrected files, or client approval is required.

Revisions

Any revisions expressly included with the purchased service are limited to adjustments within the original project scope. Major creative changes, replacement recordings, new stems, or a substantially different mix may require additional work or a new order.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment is due through the checkout method presented at purchase. If you need to cancel, contact MikumMasters promptly. Refund requests are reviewed based on the status of the work and applicable law. Work already performed, delivered services, and costs that cannot be recovered may affect refund eligibility.

Third-Party Rights

MikumMasters does not grant rights to beats, samples, compositions, recordings, or other material owned by third parties. You are responsible for obtaining any licenses or permissions required for your release or distribution.

Service Limitations

Audio results depend on the quality and characteristics of the source material. MikumMasters will perform the purchased service with reasonable care but does not guarantee commercial performance, streaming numbers, label placement, or other business outcomes.
